I came here to get my oil changed and the service was great. Steve Miller helped me out at the front and told me all his concerns about my truck without pressuring me into getting any of them done that day. He simply told me because it was important information. He was very welcoming and even double checked that my tires were rotated for me before I went on my way. Overall great service and my truck was good to go after!
View on GoogleGreat experience at Big O Tires. The staff was very informative, professional, and attentive. I've been getting my vehicles serviced with them for years and always have a positive experience. The only thing I would change is improved communication when there is a change in plans. Such as, if a part is not in stock, and the job will take longer, check in with the customer about any time commitments. Otherwise, very great experience.
View on GoogleNot there biggest sale of the day, just a slow leak in a tire. Two gentleman meet me at the counter when I came in, both very cordial. Took my car immediately, repaired the slow leak, brought the car up front, gave me the keys and said have a great day! No charge he said for small tire repairs. I was quite surprised as nothing is free today. Waited three days to make sure tire was all good but happily surprised with no air loss. Will definitely return when other related work is needed. Thanks guys!

View on GoogleFamily and I went to Lake Pleasant for a fun day, after arriving we noticed the passenger rear was flat. Upon closer inspection we found the inside lip of both rear tires was worn down to the metal. We'd booked a boat, so we felt we couldn't just leave and waste the money. I called as we were leaving at 5:30 and Steve Miller told us to come down and drive carefully, they'd get us taken care of. We needed four new tires and an alignment, Steve called in Tim their alignment technician, the dude CAME BACK to work to help us. During the alignment they found some weird heat shrink on the control arm that was foreign to them. Tim had to use a blow torch and razor knife to remove it, and he didnt finish until almost 8pm! We could have had an awful accident, gotten someone else hurt in the process. Steve Miller, Tim and the other guys that changed out the tires did us a solid and with quality service, a great attitude, and emphasizing safety. Thank you so much guys!!
