I went in to the Peoria location to have a tire that lost air pressure checked. Peter A. was very clear about what the potential outcomes would be. Everyone i spoke to was pleasant and seemed genuinely concerned about making sure I understood the issues. In the end, they were able to repair the tire and did not charge me. I should note that I had never been there before. I have been looking for a new place to have my car and my girlfriend's car serviced. I believe I have found it.

Felt very unwelcome at this shop. I walked in and nobody greeted me or acknowledged me. I stood at the counter for a while before someone finally came over and asked what I needed. I explained that I thought I had a screw in my tire and just wanted it checked out. The employee immediately told me it would be an hour to an hour and a half and said, “if you wanna come back,” without even taking a quick look at the tire. He then walked back to his desk. I asked what time they closed since the shop is close to my work, and he simply said “6” with no effort to continue the conversation or help further. What really bothered me was the difference in treatment I noticed afterward. I’m a Hispanic construction worker and came in wearing my work clothes, and I honestly felt judged because of my appearance. As I walked out, I saw another customer — a Caucasian man with his son — being helped right away, with an employee already outside inspecting his tire. Maybe that wasn’t their intention, but that’s definitely how the experience felt to me. Customer service and professionalism go a long way, and unfortunately I did not feel respected or valued here.

First time visiting a big brand tire - Brought in a battery to replace it before a trip to LA as it was at 45% left didn't wanna chance it We went to oreillys and they referred us to this spot. Service was great! They only charged $30 for a battery swap & gave us a card for a free oil change! We were in and out quick Thanks big brand! Highly recommend

First time at Big Brand. Came in for an alignment. As it turns out we didn’t need an alignment. I don’t know how many companies would be this honest, but I certainly appreciate the integrity. The assistant manger, Pete was excellent. This is the kind of auto shop people want. I give them a hearty recommendation!
