First Time at Big Brand Tire & Service - Made an appointment for a front end alignment and vehicle safety inspection- Recently purchased a vehicle for our College Age Daughters in School at NAU in Flagstaff - Just completed suspension work and installed new tires - Needed to get the alignment to complete the task I also requested the vehicle safety inspection to ensure that the vehicle was safe and there were no issues or concerns that would prevent our girls from traveling to and from NAU back to Peoria thru out the school year After the alignment and test drive the vehicle was parked out front and I was advised it was done . When asked about the Safety inspection, was advised everything looked good … ??? , the paper work given to me only verified the alignment with no vehicle safety inspection checklist or documentation … Based on my observations and documentation received, there was no vehicle safety inspection performed at the time of my appointment..

Honestly I have never been a fan of BIG Brand Tire & Service especially with my previous experience at the location by my home however, this particular location and employees were absolutely outstanding. Friendly, courteous and professional. This location is not the closest to my home but it will be my go-to place.

View on GoogleThis shop is the best! I have brought every vehicle my family owns to this shop for the last 20 or so years, long before it changed from S and S to Big Brand. Mike and Dan were the best, and now that management has changed, we've remained very happy with the service we've gotten. Ricky is wonderful! We go for every oil change and repair, and we've found this shop to be honest, thorough, competent, and reasonably priced. They've gone above and beyond for me on several occasions, like looking at my car before a road trip. A part of my car broke a few weeks ago and I drove straight to this shop, where they zip tied it so I could drive, while also informing me of how to order parts to have it fixed as cheap as possible. They then prioritized getting my car in and fixed it for me and didn't even try to charge me. They care about their customers and the work that they do, and this will remain the shop that I recommend to anyone who asks.
View on GoogleThese guys are absolutely the best! My tire somehow had a slash in it and everyone I know is closed today. Well I work tomorrow and have a dr.’s. Appointment. I looked around everywhere ever had to order my tire then they would need my truck all day???? For what??? Found big brand tire it was already 3:02pm they close at 4pm. Not only did they tell me to come in but they had all 4 of my tires and gave me ballance and alignment thrown in for free as well as let me spin a wheel and I won a free cabin air filter. The guy at the front desk talked to us while we were waiting and was very friendly. They had great music playing, great atmosphere and amazing employees! Thanks for staying late for me guys I appreciate you.
