Dropped my car off dec 14th 2024 for a simple fixture on tire rods …let them work on the car for two weeks before I checked for an update on the car no response to my messages or calls I popped up twice and was told the parts would be there that day and finished (01/08/25 …popped up and the parts weren’t even installed charged me almost 1k for 3 parts and labor included berly got the car 01/09/25 and still needs an alignment they couldn’t fix my hood latch and was charged 8.1% on sales tax almost $30 extra dollars will not be going there again
