I dont enjoy posting anything but positive reviews, but customers need this story. Positives: Strong communication and the job seems to be done nearly perfectly (see below) for $250 or 15% less than a dealer quote. Car Wash was very thorough and appreciated. Not so positives: - Asked for quote on replacing the valve cover of a diesel which I knew it needed, and just replace the gasket of the vac pump which commonly wears out. Instead got a quote of $1100 MORE to replace the whole vac pump which they said was also leaking oil. I opted to simply replace the valve cover and then used degreaser to clean the vac pump, drove 120 miles and took this picture - zero oil leak from the vac pump, I dont believe it needed replacement. - You can easily find 20%+ cheaper prices for OEM parts online, but they will not let you bring your own parts, even when it took a day for them to get the right parts from the dealer. They only provide a warranty for parts they supply, which I dont even need a warranty for this car. - Were the 2 hoses routed correctly in their guides? (see pic). I am checking, not that big a deal. - Took 2 days to complete, which was not inconvenient for me, TBH Summary: Good alternative to dealer quotes, you can save some on hourly rates but not parts, but the more you know your car needs and doublecheck their recommendations, the better your experience will be - which applies to any garage IMHO.

These guys are AWESOME!! Took my BMW X3 M40i in for my 60k service and to have some aftermarket parts installed for me. They communicated great through the whole process, sent me photos of things they discovered that needed replacing, and they have a more than fair price for the top quality work they do! My ONLY complaint, and it’s a small one, but I’m super picky about my car being clean cause I’m a psycho haha but when they wiped down the interior there were streak marks on the windows and trim and some soap residue I had to wipe off. But you guys have 100% of my business from here on out! Best auto shop experience I have ever had.

Let me start by saying I don’t like auto repair shops. This group gave me good news for the first time ever. They worked to get me lower cost OEM parts, reducing the estimate by $400. They could have kept quiet, but they passed those savings on to me. Nice location and facility. Despite a nice waiting area, they offer complimentary Uber rides so you don’t have to.

Unfortunately, my experience was not one of the best. I had a feeling when I walked in. I usually go to Mercedes dealership, but they were backed up, so I followed some web recommendations. I came in for an oil service and suddenly my car had more than $10,000 worth of repairs. The brakes, the rear brakes had to be replaced, according to the tech. They still had 5000-7500 miles on them, after I replaced them myself, along with the rotors. The motor mounts, which they were replaced in Kc in 2021 were apparently bad. The car had no symptoms. I proceeded with that change. and now I regret it, The auxiliary battery was bad according to the technician.. They asked me over $500 to change it. I’m very Mechanical therefore I chose to do it myself. To my surprise I had the battery tested in two different places and it was just fine pulling 760 amp. I think that before selling car repairs we should sell trust, as a 60 year-old businessman I know what trust is. I would rather go to Mercedes who I trust and clearly overcharges for services but they are done in a timely manner, not 6 days. Yup. 6 days. This secondary shop apparently was just trying to oversell everything. Once again, this is my feeling, and my experience, I may be totally wrong, but the test tools from second opinion cannot Lie. Sorry will not return. I do not trust them.
