Wow what a great job from Kyle at KB programming…. He took care of the vehicles that just came into the shop today… very knowledgeable & professional & on time…I just got out of the way and let him do his thing…,sure is nice not having to look over someone’s should to make sure the job is done right…. Well worth the money… I will definitely use him again in the near future….
View on GoogleRecently changed dash cluster in my 18 year old Escape hybrid, took the car to a programmer downtown to have the replacement cluster programed to the car. Waited three hours to get it done. When I got the car the service wrench in the dash was lit. I didn't have time to go back in to address the issue with the shop manager. I called later and they texted me back, I told them that the indicator was lit and it wouldn't pass emissions with it on, they said it would because it wasn't emissions related, which isn't true but I was most concerened that the job wasn't done right. I asked them to call me. They didn't. I called Kyle at KB Mobile Programming. The results were completely opposite from the other company, talking to him I could tell he was very competent, he was able to schedule a mobile service for me with in a day, showed up on time, went right to work and had the problem eliminated in about 40 minutes at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend KB Mobile Programming.

View on GoogleKyle was awesome to work with. He got me on the schedule the very next day, came right to my house, deleted an old key from my truck, and programmed a new one. Super convenient and everything worked perfectly. He was friendly, answered all of our questions, and made sure we were completely taken care of before he left. You can tell he really cares about doing a good job. If you need any vehicle programming, I’d definitely recommend KB Mobile Programming!
