I brought my Electra Glide to them a few weeks back. They replaced some leaking seals and did a full DynoTune and re-jetted my carb to optimize its best performance. I'm about as far away from being able to fix any mechanical problem as a human being can be. I'm glad Steve is not in that category. Both he and Jeff treated me great. And even though I simply needed a tire leak issue resolved and a chain adjust, I would take my bike back to them in a heartbeat. They did the work while I waited, and I could see what was being done. I asked a few questions and didn't get any sarcastic looks or comments about my lack of mechanical knowledge. Good to find someplace close to take my bike that I can feel confident about.

These guys are super friendly and efficient at what they do, i went in for just a front tire change and they ended up doing that, noticed my chain was too loose so they readjusted it, and cleaned and lubed my chain, but they still only charged me for the front tire change despite going above and beyond for me. I know a lot of auto shops will upcharge you if they see an issue with your vehicle and fix it without asking you first so i really appreciate these guys for not trying to take advantage of my ignorance. They also let me watch too which was really cool. I will be coming here again when i need more maintenance that i can't do myself.
