Newly added facility to the Collision Department of Teslas Service Division. Staff was not only easy on the eyes, but ready to tackle the damage my Wife's Boss accidently did. My Wife's BossLady backed into my Wife's Gift - A 2024 Custom Tri-Colour Red Model Y. , while "borrowing" her husband's Tank-of-A-Truck -Tacoma. Please smile when I say this fact: Tesla ONLY uses OEM parts when repairing your Tesla Automobile. Most humans and even Auto Insurance Companies are ignorant about this policy they stand behind.... And that was a better piece of mind , considering who to choose to restore a vehicle a little over 1 years old. I will post the damage done in this review. The vehicle was given back to us in true like new form. I even noticed that they colour blended the difference to match the existing paint job WITH the replacement OEM bumper, all the way over behind the winshield. Well done kids! UPDATE: On The 17th of January my wife was rear-ended by a fellow neighbor. First Geico decided to give us a headache about proving whether or not we were at fault. Aside from that I took my vehicle which was the Tesla Model 3, 2025 edition, over to Tesla Collision in Litchfield. Once again they had stellar service. The staff is easy on the eyes and excited to see lil' ol' me! They got my vehicle restored to brand new condition in less than a week. And after Geico complied I felt better about having them as in my insurance carrier. So you'll see some of the footage of where my wife was rear-ended; as well as the before and after of my beautiful fourth wife, which is also known as my 2025 Tesla Model 3!

10/2025 - Delighted by personal touch from Aileen and Roz. The treated me and my Model 3 like family. Facility looked brand new & Is conveniently located adjacent to Luke AFB Main South Gate entrance. Tesla App made communication with team easy. Aileen also used direct personalized text and old-school voice telephone during the repair. She worked with my insurance to get the repairs done quickly. If in Phoenix AZ vicinity, do not take your crunched Tesla anywhere else!

Aileen Estay was my estimator that I was dealing with the whole time my Tesla was being worked on. Aileen and Bryan Moreno where very helpful and kept me in the loop the whole time and addressed all the issues with my Plaid. I am happy with the work and would take my Tesla to them again. Thank You!

It's never pleasant taking your car to the repair shop... EXCEPT if it's THIS one! These guys (and gals) are absolutely phenomenal. All of them were so pleasant, provided regular updates and managed to get my car finished a week ahead of the estimate! And of course my Model Y looks brand new again! I couldn't thank this Team enough for their service. This is the shop to go to for your Tesla. Trust me, don't go anywhere else.

Brian, the manager, and Matt, the liaison, listened to our requests and kept us well-informed throughout the process. They understood our time constraints and modified their schedule to accommodate our needs. We greatly appreciate the staff’s extra efforts in ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. Our Model Y now looks new again. It was also very helpful they are able to work with State Farm Insurance directly. As an added benefit. it was easy to rent a Tesla from them during our car repairs. Hopefully we won’t have another accident, but if ever needed, we would return here.
