Brought my vehicle here to check my brakes, they needed replacement. They got me in right away, awesome. A couple months later I'm hearing a rattling sound and have another shop look at it. They discover that three of the four bolts that attach the rear brakes are gone and the last bolt is finger tight. $400 later my vehicle, with "new" brakes is now safe to drive. I contact Goodyear, and I'm told they have a whole new crew and the new manager assures me they will cover the repair bill. I've been calling every week and all I get is "the check from corporate is on the way". It's been over a month at this point, so now I'm having to look into going to court to get reimbursed for fixing their work. Poor workmanship, poor management, poor customer service. I used to think Goodyear shops were trustworthy, I've been using them for decades. This location has changed my opinion.

Came in to get a tire put on, came out with nasty deep scratches on my wheel. Customer service was nice and service was fast but have been following up with the manager for 3 weeks who claimed he could fix my wheel. Take a look at the before and after pictures of the wheel for yourself. Beware if this happens to you it’s likely not going to get fixed. Unfortunate this was my first experience here as my family has been going here for years.

I initially showed up at the wrong location and was confused about my appointment, but Dallas was incredibly understanding and helpful. Even though I didn't have an appointment at that location, he took charge and ensured that my old tires were removed and the new ones were installed promptly. His professionalism and willingness to help made the entire process smooth and stress‑free. I’m thoroughly satisfied with the service and highly recommend Dallas and the team!
