Paid for a new plate and waited over 30 days without receiving the plate. Called in advance before going up there and was told they would waive the fee since enough time has passed. Went back and was charged full price for the same service that I already paid. Was told to pay full price or go to the mvd. The fact that you charge for a service, don’t provide the service and then charge again is crazy! Even worse that we were told by a gentleman over the phone it would be covered. A lady named Christina told us that was incorrect and they would not waive the fee. If we had time available we would definitely go to the MVD but that is the whole purpose of these supposedly third parties. Be careful and just go to directly to the state if you can avoid these shady places.

Poor service, poor attitude, I ask for a notary, the young girl said she wasnt there. Then Cristina turned back from the door & said Ill do it, throwing her purse on the desk. I asked the price to get a item notarized, Cristina said $10, but she then charged me $15 and then 3 weeks later the item was returned, stamped rejected from the State of Arizona saying the notary was incomplete. Cristina Briones filled it out wrong. We're not talking one area we are talking 2 areas blank concerning Maricopa. She was lazy and pissed that she had to do one to begin with. I have reported her. I have always used this place for car registration, no more. I dont want to put Ms Entitlement out of her way. SEE PHOTO

That Christina person is very rude and unprofessional, Eunice is nice and professional but Christina is rude and has no people skills she had my documents to transfer my Florida plate to AZ plate she was like she had to verify this and that ,Eunice told her it was fine she was like I’m checking anyway after that I was like give me my documents I’ll go to the real DMV and I did and I got done what I needed to do , never again will I step foot where that rude Christina person is she’s very rude and down right mean
View on GoogleI've used this place several times over several years. Don't give attitude and you won't get any. Have all your documents and don't try to argue. It's not like they give out wrong information. They do the job of the DMV and wont lie about what you need. Way faster than the DMV for a small price. Very worth it.
