We recently went into this shop as experienced off-roaders who own five Jeeps. We just moved here from Oregon and were hoping to find a new local place to source parts and possibly outsource some work in the future. We were looking for a specific mount, and to their credit, they did check our stock shock and confirmed the mount they had in store wouldn’t work. Unfortunately, that’s where the helpfulness ended. They ordered the part from their warehouse in Phoenix and are charging us freight for it. We even offered to drive and pick it up ourselves since we urgently need it, but they refused. What really sealed the deal for us, though, was the customer service. The employee who came out from the back was condescending, dismissive, and aggressive in the way he spoke to my husband. I was standing in the background browsing products and was honestly shocked at how they chose to treat a customer. We had fully planned on spending a significant amount of money replacing parts for all five of our Jeeps, but after the way my husband was treated, we’ll be picking up this part and taking our business elsewhere. 0/10 — we won’t be back.

Very helpful. I bought my beautiful Tundra less than 2 months ago and wanted a bed cover and step (its lifted and I am short). I went into this store since it was close to my house, they patiently showed me the different bed cover options, very nice and polite. Said to drop off at 9am and it could take all day, I planned on picking it up around 5 after work, they called at 1230 and said it was done. They did a great job and I am very happy!

View on GoogleFrom start to finish this process was very easy through and through. Emailed 4wheel parts about a specific rim and tire pairing and got back to me super quick. Walked me through ordering wheels and which might have been out of stock with the manufacturer. Very amazing and up front. Worked with the main office to get put through to my local Gilbert shop and they also got back to muiltple times, letting me know when my order would be placed, ready for install and again very upfront guys , mostly spoke with Jacob and James at the shop. Couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome!! Thank you 4wheel! I will be back when I need a lift, lights or anything else I’m in love with the setup.
