This was a very disappointing experience. My girlfriend was told she needs to spend 10,000 on new transmission by AAA after there was some noise coming from underneath the hood. I decided to take it for a second, third opinion by two different mechanics including my personal one and also the dealership where she purchased the car. They all returned negative. There was nothing wrong with the transmission at all. The fluids were low. This company has truly descendent into a distrustful service with unreliable contractors serving their members. This is fraudulent behavior and needs investigation. Taking advantage of women in vulnerable situations is not something anyone should engage in.

Hands down THE BEST place in AZ! I had a horrible and expensive experience with a different company that had my car sounding horrific that I was worried to drive it. I opened my AAA app to see where I could have it towed. AAA Auto Repair came highly recommended in the company so I called and Dylan answered. I let him know what just happened at the other place and that I would be having my car towed. He walked me through everything so I knew what to expect, gave as estimated diagnostic cost and even offered to transfer be to AAA dispatch. Dylan ensures to stay in communication with me so I knew exactly what was going on with me car at all times. Not only did they clean up the mess from the other company, fix the real problem of my AC, and then arranged for AAA to tow it back to me. I just had major surgery and an in a wheelchair and can't walk and he assured me that they would take care of me and they kept that promise. They even fixed my car sooner than originally quoted! Huge shout out to Dylan and the technician who fixed my car. Yall turned a horrible situation for me into earning my trust. I can't thank Dylan enough! This man deserves a raise as AAA Auto Repair gained a lifetime customer because of him. Honest communication, friendly, trust, set the right expectations, went above and beyond - I could keep going. Again, thank you Dylan, the boss man, and the technician for taking care of me and my car! I'll be seeing ya soon for the other issues yall identified but just couldn't fix this time! If anyone is looking for any Auto work and its in the scope of work that this company can do, go with them. You won't regret it.

I brung my truck here because I could not pass the emissions test. But Kevin and his team diagnose the problem and figured it out right away. This shop also provided a shuttle that brung me home and pick me up when my car was ready. Staff was very professional very happy with the work 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟👍🏽
