If I could give Albert’s Garage more than five stars, I would! I was in a stressful situation after one of my license plate bolts snapped off completely flush inside the mounting point. I had spent hours trying everything I could think of to get it out, but it wasn’t budging. Albert personally took the time to tackle the job and was able to remove the broken bolt from an incredibly difficult, hard-to-reach spot with what looked like ease. He then mounted my license plate and made sure everything was done right. It was obvious he takes great pride in his work and genuinely cares about helping his customers. What really surprised me was how fair the price was. Considering the time, skill, and patience this repair required, I expected it to cost much more. Instead, I left with my problem solved, my plate securely mounted, and complete confidence that I had found an honest mechanic. Albert truly went above and beyond. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and stands behind his work, I can’t recommend Albert’s Garage highly enough. I’ll definitely be back whenever I need work done.

I’ve been taking my vehicle to Albert’s for the last couple years for work. The first time, they gave me a first visit discount! They communicate well and make sure the work is done as quickly as possible. They’ve even stayed late to get me my car sooner! Albert himself works in the garage and he makes sure the work is quality and takes no short cuts! He also trains his mechanics to meet those high standards as well.

Took my car to this shop because my wheel bearing failed and needed to replace the entire hub assembly. Also got an alignment as well. They fixed it for me for a great price and they were very friendly people. Costed me a fraction of what it would’ve been at a Nissan dealership. Thanks Albert, the car feels so smooth now! Seriously, couldn’t be more thankful.

If I could give this place 100 stars I would. When I say from the time I walked in this place to the time I walked out, I felt like a valued customer. First of all, they have an entire section in the waiting room dedicated to children. The wall is painted beautifully, there’s books to read, coloring books, toys, etc. The fact they thought to consider people with kids & have something for them to do besides sit on a phone or tablet is amazing! There’s a tv, WiFi, water & snacks as well. Not to mention, the decor around the place is so pretty in general. The plants, the signs, the bathroom was nice and clean and well decorated also. I loved it. Not what you’d expect from an auto repair shop. I’ve been to many in my day & this was the first one I’ve ever seen like this. You can tell they really care about their customers. Something else that stands out is the way they treat people. The 2 girls at the front desk (Amy & Jenny) were very kind. I also got to meet Albert & he was kind as well. Very informative when explaining the issue with the car. Went above & beyond by checking out everything. He showed me the wear & tear on my tires even though I was there for something else. They weren't trying to upsell or pressure me to do anything. Just open, honest, straightforward, kind, friendly service. The entire atmosphere is just warm and welcoming which is extremely appreciated. Especially in today’s time where customer service lacks so heavily. I was told about this place by someone at a nearby Autozone & I am oh so happy I was. Seriously such a blessing! I may not have known about this place otherwise because I live on the complete opposite side of town. However!!! I will definitely be back for all my car needs. Very happy with Albert and his team in fact I’m so happy I had to create an account to write a review because they couldn’t go unnoticed. I took my truck in to get some suspension work done and of course the kit didn’t come with half the parts they needed, they quickly outsourced parts in order to get the job done on time and took time away from their families working late to get my truck done. Shout out to David as well he was patient with the whole situation and Amy for keeping in touch about progress. Got the truck back earlier today and it feels like a whole new truck 5 stars for me thanks guys!
