I sent a dear friend of mine. to get her car air-conditioning repaired. She was a single mother and was concerned about treated fairly. The technician there was amazing listened well and went through everything thoroughly gave two price point estimates based on what they saw. They fixed the car - parts were in stock!! It took three hours in total and she was back on the road many degrees cooler!!

View on GoogleSun Devil in general is great. I feel that they are up front and reasonable. This last visit, the person on the phone who booked my appointment was not familiar with all the deals going on. And then told me when I come in we could talk about what else I wanted done; that they would have time. They could not; only was able to get my oil changed.
View on GoogleCame in on a Friday evening 30 min before close with a popped tire. Mark was very helpful and was able to apply promotions to the tires I was able to afford. Had a few other issues I brought up as well and he reassured me and took a look at my other concerns as well. Car was ready the next day! I dont remember the guys name that checked us out on Monday when I picked it up but he was very nice as well! Will definitely be using this location if I ever need anything else for my car!
View on GoogleNot sure what the deal was. Went in for a differential fluid change. Somthing ive done myself many times, just didnt want to do it myself this time. 3.4 hours later he saw some sparkles in the oil after removing top plug. Didnt want to explain to him that it was completely normal, nor should I have to. So he didnt want to remove cover becuse he said it might have bigger issues. I didnt want him to remove the cover becuase immediately I wanted to leave and just do it myself. I asked to rotate tires, also not done. Ive had sun devil do work on my truck before at a different location with no problems. I did the diff fluid change this morning. Everything looked great. Absolutely no issues. Still scratching my head why I was in the lobby for 3.5 hrs only to leave with nothing done. I went with sun devil becuase I preffer real mechanics. Clearly this was the wrong way to go about it. Very weird I wasn't in and out with such a simple task. Also didnt get a real explanation on what took 3.4 hours. Just thought id add photos of my oil when I changed it this morning.
