I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. Before dropping off my vehicle, I marked one of the front tires so I could verify that the rotation had been completed. When I picked up the vehicle, the marked tire was still in the exact same location, even though the invoice stated that the tire rotation had been completed. Based on that, it appears the tire rotation was not performed. That immediately made me question whether the rest of the service, including the oil change, was actually completed. I have no way to verify the oil change, but once I discovered the tire rotation hadn’t been done as documented, I lost confidence in the work performed. Accuracy and honesty are essential when servicing a customer’s vehicle. Unfortunately, this experience left me with little trust in the service I received.

My experiences with this Sun Devil Auto location have been excellent. The service advisors are professional and treat customers with respect, give written quotes for work to be performed, and look for available discounts which I very much appreciate. My car has always been fixed right the first time and within the time frame given, unlike some other shops in town. I highly recommend Sun Devil Auto!

View on GoogleTook my Veloster in because I thought it had an issue with the front axle, they assured me that after looking at it there wasn’t a problem, turns out I was just being over cautious. Most any other service center would have taken advantage and “found the problem” however, they were perfectly honest and went above and beyond and took care of an actual issue we found with the battery for me.
