I had a great experience with Spectrum Car Care and I’m really glad I brought my car here. I have a 2016 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid and my A/C was only blowing warm air. I had previously taken it somewhere else for an inspection and was quoted over $3,200 for a full A/C kit, including a compressor, condenser, expansion valve, and recharge. The explanation I received there was very limited, and it felt like they were recommending replacing almost the entire system without much detail. Spectrum Car Care handled it completely differently. They actually inspected the car, explained that the cooling fan was not working properly and could cause the A/C system to shut down due to excessive pressure, and recommended replacing the cooling fan assembly. They also noted that my serpentine belt was dry rotting a bit, so I chose to replace that as optional maintenance while the car was already there. The whole process was very professional. My service advisor stayed on top of communication and texted me updates right away. I also really liked their online system where I could review the details, see the recommended work, and approve everything clearly. They got the needed parts quickly and had my car fixed within a couple of days. The final cost was about $1,276, compared to the $3,200+ quote I got elsewhere, and now my A/C is working completely. I really appreciate that they were honest, reasonable, and actually diagnosed the issue instead of just throwing a huge repair estimate at me. I would definitely recommend Spectrum Car Care and will be coming back for future service.

We love spectrum! They take great care of our car! I love the detailed report we get with pictures of what needs attention. They also give us a Carfax subscription and it’s great to see the record of everything that’s been done. They’re always willing to answer questions. They rank fixes based on urgency and recommend which to do immediately and which can wait a bit. We drive across town to go to Spectrum — they’re just that good!

I was very pleased with the service I received. I brought my wife’s Yukon in for an alignment, and they told me it would take about 1.5 to 2 hours. They stayed right within that timeframe. The day before, they quoted me $120, and the final cost actually came in at $110. The vehicle drives like brand new now. They truly underpromised and overdelivered. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer and will gladly recommend them to others.

Based on the Google reviews, Spectrum Car Care was highly rated and we decided to give them a try. So glad we did! Friendly, knowledgeable, and quick service. Based on our experience, the price was reasonable. It's peace of mind to have found a new place for our future car repairs and service needs. We have already recommended them to others we know.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. I initially went to AutoZone and was told my alternator was shot and was already preparing myself for a $600+ repair. Something didn’t sit right, so I called Spectrum and spoke with Mike—and I’m so glad I did. Instead of just agreeing and taking my money, Mike encouraged me to bring my car in so they could properly inspect it. Turns out, it wasn’t my alternator at all—it was my battery, even though I had just been told it tested at 100%. That misread could have cost me hundreds of dollars unnecessarily. They had AutoZone bring over a replacement battery, got everything handled, and had me back on the road in under an hour. As a mom of five without my usual mechanic to lean on right now, this could have been a really stressful and expensive situation. Instead, Mike and the team chose honesty over profit, and that means everything. It would have been so easy to just replace the alternator and take the money—but they didn’t.
