Brought my truck here for an alignment on referral from the Discount Tire not far from them. They tried to tell me I needed new upper and lower control arms, tie rod ends and the accompanying parts before doing an alignment, because “my control arms bushings aren’t replaceable”. They quoted me over $3k after a 10 minute inspection, with no photos or video to show the issue they were telling me existed, just a cool “trust me bro” diagnosis. Issue is, they told me that they couldn’t tell what brand control arms I have because they are clearly aftermarket, but made no attempt at all to clean them off to see what brand they were. I know exactly what brand they are however, and the ball joints are absolutely replaceable. They handed me a quote as fast as possible without putting in any real effort to find the issue. 3k all in for that work is so grossly overpriced it’s not even funny, to add to it, I took it to two other mechanics afterwards who told me both the same thing, that my control arms are aftermarket and the ball joints are 100% replaceable ($50 part by the way) and that was the issue. I never even took the itemized quote home with me from this place because of how ridiculous it was. Lastly, a friend of mine coincidentally went to this shop for an alignment not long after I did, and was fed the same lines about needing a ton of work done before they could do it. This place will never see a dollar of mine.

I would like to thank Chris and everyone at Network Automotive for taking care of me and my 2007 Dodge Nitro. I have had this dodge since 2006 and I'm about to hit 300k miles on it. I've never had to do any real major work on it but I brought it in this past Fri because it was leaking fluid and had a check engine light on. From the beginning it was a great experience working with Chris he was incredibly clear and upfront with what they were going to look at and possible issues. After a quick phone call Fri morning he informed me of a few issues. I had a cracked radiator, bad hoses, bad serpentine belt and of course a bad water pump. Chris was very helpful in breaking down the cost and what they could fix. I got a great price that I felt was very fair and better than any other shop. I had everything done by end of day Fri and feel confident this will keep going for a few more years. I will plan on taking my vehicles here for now on and no where else. Thank you Chris! They were able to fit her in service her car and got it done before closing. I would recommend them to everyone who needs a reliable, professionall garage with ressonable prices this is the place to go
