View on GoogleJake sold me a 2008 6.7 Cummins engine out of an 08 truck. After I took it home I found out it was actually a 2012 engine. Engine ran good after I got it installed, no issues. He either sold me the wrong engine or it was a swap. Engine runs good so far but the mileage is unknown because it’s a 2012 engine out of a 2008 truck and they keep the ecms so you can’t verify.
View on GoogleNot sure who i talked to and I don’t know if he didn’t wanna do his job right but giving me a whole attitude, being so unprofessional. you guys need to train your people how to handle calls better, on top of that why have a transmission posted online as reman $1250 and when I talk otp they say it’s used and the rebuilt is $1850. And maybe for next time they should take customers in the order they call first, instead of putting you on hold every minute. Pls do better, with all this attitude it doesn’t even seem like they wanna sell.. now I gotta look elsewhere.
