Staff at ice creams are very helpful and attentive . They are focused on your needs and budget . Very knowledgeable about fitment options and quality. They have sensible finance options and wont steer you wrong in my opinion. I appreciate that this is a locally owned and grown business . the owner is involved directly and although he has a large business volume he maintains a small business resolve and attitude . I couldn't be more happy with my experiences with them and will continue to bring my business here as well as recommend them to anyone with their automotive needs

These guys are awesome. I had Miguel from their Gilbert location help me in less than a week after my insurance company n eld my truck hostage for months then telling me they weren't going to do anything, it would cost to much, bla bla bla and I need to come get it or they would have to inpound it. Thank progressive(insert middle finger) to go from that to the 5 star service that I received at Ice Cream Tires and Wheels. If you need anything I wouldn't hesitate to call these guys. Thanks to Miguel all the guys who got my truck running like new again. Special thanks to the tech they sent my truck to who cleared all the codes that showed after I ran over something huge on the freeway late at night and destroyed my front air shocks and suspension. Im told that guy worked g is magic and only charged me for half a day. These guys are all worth their weight in gold if you ask me. And because it was there and the suspension was being made new again invaded to get some wheels and tires. And once again Miguel steered me in the right direction to set me up with some 20" wheels and tires wothout breaking my bank account. A big improvement over the 18" that I had before. So not only does it drive great but it looks great to.

Brought my 2024 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 (5.7L HEMI) to Ice Creams Wheels and Tires for a full rim and tire setup, and these guys absolutely nailed it. They took the time to walk me through options that would actually fit the truck right and no rubbing, no weird stance issues, and no guesswork. Everything was dialed in perfectly for a 4x4, and you can tell they know what they’re doing when it comes to fitment and overall setup. Install was clean and quick. Balance is spot on!! No vibration at highway speeds, rides smooth, and the truck still drives exactly how it should, just looks way better. I’ve been running this setup for a while now and it’s still flawless. Tires are wearing evenly, wheels still look brand new, and not a single issue since day one. If you’ve got a truck, especially a Ram, and you want it done right the first time, this is the place. I went in to get an estimate on dipping my wheels black. After getting the estimate we realized it was only $400 more to buy brand new rims. He showed me a variety of rims in the price range I requested and I picked out, with his recommendation, a set of wheels that were perfect for my car. He even gave me a Veterans discount. They installed my rims a few days later when they came in and the install was very quick. I will be doing business with them again.
