How many mechanics do you trust 110%? All you need is ONE and for me that is Higley Family Auto Care (HFAC)! My family and friends have been going to HFAC for years and I can honestly say that I've saved thousands and thousands of dollars in the past few years. The owner, JJ, is very knowledgeable and most of all.... HONEST! He takes the time to analyze the issue, explain what needs to be done and why. Then, he makes sure it is done RIGHT! I have been to many other shops ranging from small to big dealerships and not a single one of them can come close to the integrity and quality of work that Higley Family Auto Care provides. My daughter's car had an issue that a "big shop" said would cost thousands to fix but when I took it to HFAC, all it needed was a transmission fluid flush! That saved me thousands right there. There's no other shop I would trust to take care of my family's vehicles now. We recommend HFAC to family and friends all the time because we know JJ and his crew will take good care of them like their own family. Higley Family Auto Care is always busy, and there's a good reason why. If you want the short version: They are honest, trustworthy, know what they're doing, and won't nickel and dime you. They'll fix your vehicle AND save you money! If you're here for the long version: I had a few lights pop up on my dash and then my car kept randomly cutting out when I was driving. I had previously gone to another honest mechanic I'd found in Mesa, but they were a good 25 minute drive away, and I wasn't sure my car would make it there without acting up or dying on me. HFAC was only a 5 minute drive, and had excellent reviews so I gave them a call and spoke with Jake. Jake is a stand up guy. He is extremely knowledgeable, straightforward, and honest. He explains things in a way that I can understand, and I am very grateful for that! I don't know much about cars or fixing them :) I dropped my car off and had to go on a work trip. While I was gone, Jake called me and updated me on what they had found and what the fix would be as well as costs. He did recommend a couple of flushes, which I told him to go ahead and do because my car is a 2015 and all I've had done is oil changes, new batteries, and new tires. He called me again when everything was complete, and the total cost ended up being less than what he had originally quoted. He said he'd been able to find a couple ways to cut costs. I was so thankful! My car drives perfectly now with no further issues. Last week I got an oil change for a different car that is mostly kept out of state. After driving it over to Arizona, I received an email from the shop that did it with several recommended services. (They had not said anything about them when I picked the car up.) I had no idea how urgent or serious they were or were not, so decided to stop in and chat with Jake. Some places take advantage of you not knowing about these things, but not Jake! He looked at what they had sent and gave me his honest opinion (no urgent repairs needed) and said they'd be happy to take care of me when I wanted to get things fixed. A massive thank you to Jake and everyone at HFAC for all of it!!!

I wanted to share my experience with Higley Family auto repair, two thing most of us hate are moving and car troubles. I have a Jeep Cherokee, and my AC unit went out . I took my Jeep to Higley I want to think Jake for his treatment to myself , I was treated with respect ,Jake explained my problem gave me an estimate and we proceeded with my repair . Work was done on time . I’m just so pleased with Jake and his staff . I recommend Higley Family Auto repair . Best group of guys in the business

Huge thanks to Jacob and the crew at Higley Family Auto Care! I brought my older Highlander in with a nagging power steering leak and some other concerns. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust with an older vehicle, but these guys were amazing. They gave the car a full exam and were completely transparent about what was going on. I left feeling like a valued customer, not just another ticket. The drive home was incredibly smooth—no leaks and the ride quality has improved so much.
