I dropped off my 2009 GTR due to LEDs starting to burn out in the dash. I asked them to just replace all LEDs in the dash while they were there. When I picked the car up everything was so bright, and better than new. I run the dash on a lower brightness setting due to these better LEDs. Thanks for the great work and communication.
View on GoogleMade an appointment for a pre purchase inspection since they were highly recommended for EV. Made the almost 2 hour commute and arrive at location and the guys first words to me were “you got my message right?” I didn’t as I was driving and don’t look or use my phone. Told him he should have called, but even with an appointment they told me it was going to take hours to complete. Apparently they don’t honor appointments or they bunch everybody at the same time to get them in the door. I will go to a local place to where I live to have my pre purchase inspection done. They may be great, but their communication skills suck and needs training.

View on GoogleThis was an easy and painless car service experience. I was able to schedule an appointment through their website and was seen promptly at the scheduled time. The staff was friendly and honest. They even let me know the brake noise I was hearing was not the result of excess wear and recommended against service of the brakes at this time. The oil change and transmission fluid change were done quickly and I received a full summary of all services done upon payment. Prices were very reasonable too.

That’s how I got connected with Adam at Highline Car Care—and I’m glad I did. From the start, Adam was great. I called Monday morning and he returned my call within the hour, explained the process clearly, and got me scheduled right away for the following morning. After dropping off my car, they diagnosed the issue within about an hour. They were upfront about the $49 inspection and walked me through exactly what was needed—replacing leaking O-rings at the compressor hoses and evacuating/recharging the AC system. What really stood out was the transparency, communication, and turnaround time. My car was fixed the same day, and they confirmed there was no compressor damage, which gave me peace of mind. Pricing was very fair, and the quality of work was excellent. Overall, a very professional and honest shop. I’ll definitely be coming back for future work (already planning to have my brakes done here). Highly recommend Highline Car Care to anyone in the Gilbert/Phoenix area.
