Heath's Auto Service - Gilbert

Heaths Auto is the setting the new bar for the auto service industry, and it’s high. I sent my car to the dealership for a recall update and received an incredibly high quote for services I had not anticipated. I called Heath’s to get a second opinion, and right off the bat I felt like I was in much better hands. Carl was transparent, attentive and took great care to achieve our goals of being cost effective, and quick while maintaining the quality needed to keep my family safe in our car. Mitch went out of his way multiple times to make our lives as easy as possible and made me feel so cared for. They even put extra thought into leaving teddy bears in each of my children’s car seats for them to find upon returning the car. I have already recommended Heath’s to several of my friends and family members and will exclusively be using them from here on out. Thank you Carl, Mitch and Jake for everything, you guys are incredible!

Heath’s Auto Shop has taken great care of me every time I’ve come in. They’ve already serviced two of my cars this month, and their honesty is what really stands out. One time I brought in my Prius expecting to pay for an oil change, but instead of trying to upsell me, they checked the car and honestly told me the oil was still good for another 4,000 miles. That level of integrity is hard to find nowadays. Because of experiences like that, I’m bringing another car in for service today. Huge thanks to the team for being professional, trustworthy, and honest in an industry where that can sometimes be rare. Highly recommend!

Carl at Heath’s Auto Repair did an excellent job replacing my CV axle and seals. He was professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the repair process. Everyone was very friendly and helpful! Had snacks and drinks readily available. Even had some fun toys for my baby! The service given was just as great. The person working there at the time, Tucker, have really great information and was very helpful. We were offered great service with reasonable pricing. Highly recommend this place for them to take care of you and your car!

Where do i begin about the service you receive at Heaths Auto Gilbert. Carl the Service Manager was upfront and honest from the very beginning. I took my car in and was given a nice loaner car until mine was done, so I never went without a vehicle. The quote that they send you is a detailed quote and they add pictures for each thing they say needs to be replaced so you can see what they are talking about, instead of them saying things need to be replaced but they really don’t. I’ll be honest, I paid a little more than I wanted, however good quality work, and honesty doesn’t come cheap. Remember folks you get what you pay for. You want a “cheaper price” you can go to a shop that says they have your best interest at heart but at the end of the day, they just want your money and your car will be back in the shop in no time for the same issue. In my experience, Heaths auto does it right the first time and really knows how to treat their customers. Good job Carl and the team at Heaths auto Gilbert.
