I just want to give a shout out to the crew and the staff at Extreme Wheels in Gilbert, Arizona,. This is my second time ordering from them. Everything came complete, Everything came as described and undamaged…these guys are awesome. I live all the way in the Midwest and they made sure my shipment got to me on time with everything and they also checked on me and did follow ups once I receive my merchandise. I would recommend anybody that I know to order from these guys thank you EXTREME WHEELS!!!!!

SCAM! They took an order for some tires that were "in stock", then I was notified they were on backorder. After a couple months of waiting I canceled my order and they moved my refund to "their department overseas" to handle it. They were not responsive and for months I tried getting my refund. Calling in did no good, they claimed they couldn't do anything about it. It got to the point of having the dispute it and turns out a lot of people have had issues with this. BUYER BEWARE!!

*BUYER BEWARE!* This "business" is a literal scam operation for online purchases, like one of those scams you would hear about back in the 1990's when people were scared of online ordering. Ordered tires and didn't receive any communication for over two weeks. When I emailed to cancel my order they replied that the tires were now already shipped and and were able to get them returned (while they were already shipped?) and then charged me a "restocking fee" that was 77% of the entire order! Keep in mind, they never emailed me to tell me they were "shipped" or even bothered to communicate to me after I asked to cancel that they were shipped and I would be subject to a "restocking fee". Wasted $262 on these scammers, don't let you be next! Read the reviews on here and BBB, scamming online customers is their literal business model.

The people here are the best! Very professional in the work they do and very friendly! I took a set of 2 piece volk racing wheels to them back in April- May and man did they did a fantastic job on restoring them. The wheels were pretty beat up previously but they were able to take on the job no problem and restore/powder coat them right back to original quality if not better. The wait wasn’t too long and they didn’t go past the time frame they gave me which I really appreciate. Overall 10/10 service, definitely coming back when the opportunity presents itself Thanks again guys (:

Slimiest of the slime. A year ago we ordered 4 tires for my 16 year olds truck and only 3 showed up. When we called Extreme Tire to try and have the 4th one resent, they said we had to wait weeks until they filed a claim with the shipping company and an investigation was done. We waited and waited and even after that they still gave us the run around. It was always “the manager is out and will have to call you back” or “we’ll look into in and let you know”. It’s now been an entire year and we’re still getting the same response. The missing tire was over $300. Beware!
