I had an excellent experience at Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers! From the moment I arrived, Sam, David, and Cristian were incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. They took the time to explain exactly what my car needed without any pressure and made the whole process easy to understand. Sam went above and beyond by helping me change a filter inside my car and was very informative throughout the process. He answered all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made me feel confident that my vehicle was being well taken care of. The team worked quickly and efficiently while still providing outstanding customer service. It's not often you find people who are both knowledgeable and genuinely friendly, but the whole team definitely fit that description. Overall, this was one of the best service experiences I've had with my car. Fast, honest, informative, and friendly. I would absolutely recommend Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers to anyone. If I could give them 6 out of 5 stars, I would!

Super great service. Sam was amazing! I haven’t had anyone check my cabin air filter for years bc you have to undo a little screw and every time people see that they say “ohh, maybe just check it next time.” Sam took the time to get the right tool and check it for me. It was really dirty and needed to be replaced. He quoted me, it was more expensive than I was thinking, and I knew I could get it at O’Reily for less. He told me that was fine and I could even bring it back and they would install it for free. And he did! I have never felt like they try to sell you stuff you don’t need. Amazing service. Highly recommend!

View on GoogleEvery time I go here the guys are great, quick, yet get the job done! Oil changes and fluid top ups are perfect and fast. They will ask you about your air filter but not ONCE have I felt pressured to replace like other oil places have done, if you say no thanks, they say "you got it!" And move along, ive even had times they show me it and say "yeah your filter looks great, no need for a change" Last time I had 3 employees help me who deserve named praise! Alex,christian, and sam. Fantastic job, great guys!
View on GoogleThank you to Jordan on my last trip in! I’ve gotten my oil changed here 5 times now, and it’s always great. They are so speedy (20mins max total) and kind. Seriously, they go above and beyond in terms of what they offer and the quality of work they do. When you go in for an oil change, they will check all your car essentials (levels, tires, air filters, lights, etc.), play great music, offer you water, and keep you informed of everything they’re doing and the condition of your car (coming from a woman - they never try to take advantage or make anything seem worse than it is to make a quick buck off you). Good prices, quick service, kind people.
