Big O Tires

10 out of 10! Had a dire situation towing my boat though a tight parking lot. I was in a pickle 20+ miles from home and help. Cameron and the crew at Big O a mile away said come by and we'll get you sorted. They did just that and for zero compensation. They said their company would match whatever I wanted to donate to their charity which I happily did and thanked me for stopping by. First class experience!

I had all four of my tires replaced in April 2026, and it was a wonderful experience. I received immediate assistance after my truck was towed to them, approximately 1.5 hours before their closing time. Not only did they help me promptly, but they also ensured I received the most affordable price possible, which, as a single mother with a limited income, I deeply appreciated. Three weeks later, I unfortunately got a nail in my tire and was losing air rapidly. I drove directly to Big O, and regrettably, the nail was in a part of the tire where a plug would not be effective. This meant I had to replace a tire that was only three weeks old. Regrettably, when I had all 4 tires replaced I could not afford the warranty, so I found myself in a difficult situation. Gabe, the gentleman at the front desk, was incredibly helpful and truly assisted me. The cost to replace my tire was $165, and I only had $143 in my bank account (considering I had all four tires replaced just three weeks prior for around $750, I was quite short on funds). I was feeling very stressed and unsure of what to do, but Gabe managed to arrange a deal where I only had to pay $142.99. Without his assistance, I would have been stranded with a flat tire and no way to get to work. I genuinely appreciate the help I received on both occasions I visited. They have certainly gained a loyal customer. Thank you again to everyone there!

Go somewhere else… I went to Big O Tires to replace all 4 tires on my car. Before bringing my car in, I called around to other shops, but assistant manager Gabriel Nguyen told me Big O would match competitor prices. I confirmed the out-the-door price and made sure to ask what I would need to safely replace my tires and drive the car. Once I got there, things changed. Gabriel told me the tires had no warranty and kept trying to convince me to buy extra coverage. After I said no, he told me I needed an alignment. My understanding is that they should replace the tires first, check if alignment is needed, and then recommend it — not automatically tell me I have to get one. I also politely asked if there was any Memorial Day discount since I was replacing all 4 tires. Gabriel responded, “Some people pay $5,000 with no discount.” I found that rude and dismissive. It made me feel like my purchase was not important enough, even though replacing 4 tires is a major expense for me. The only reason I stayed was because my car had not been driven in 2 years, and living in Arizona, the tires had become very dry from the heat. I didn’t feel comfortable risking driving somewhere else. I didn’t like the customer service I received — first confirming one price, then adding things on, creating pressure and urgency to buy more, and being rude when I asked about a discount. I don’t have any bad feelings toward Gabriel personally, but I think he could benefit from better customer service training.

Great experience! As a younger women I used to feel intimidated getting my oil changed because the old place I went to tried to sell me on stuff I didn’t need and knew I didn’t understand and wouldn’t explain to me, so I would dread going. This is not the case here at all. At big o tires they are very honest and just do the service I’ve requested. They did it quick and it was affordable. They also have a comfortable lobby so I could study while I waited. All of the team was very friendly to me! I really appreciate this place!

Whenever I go to Big O they are always warm and the environment is so welcoming. I really like that are efficient, and I appreciate that they always listen and explain issues throughly. They have gotten me out of so many jams, one of my first is when I had a flat the morning of my road trip many many years ago—I still go there and will continue to do so! Their manager Matt is so great! Really their staff is amazing (thx Scott)
