Very fair pricing and a great experience. A new employee was training during my visit and he took care of me even in the midst of trying to learn. Very knowledgeable and kind. There was comfortable seating and refreshments available while I waited and the space was clean and polished. All employees were friendly and accommodating. Will definitely return!
View on GoogleGot a flat tire on our way home while on the highway and spoke with someone from this Big O that let us know they had a replacement for our tire and that "there's no one here right now" and it'll be real quick. We had it towed there and they proceeded to try to sell us four tires and when we mentioned we only want one and since we didn't even know we were gonna buy one new tire we couldn't afford three more today, they tried to have us apply for a loan to pay for the other tires. We only wanted to replace our flat. After we said we didn't want or need a loan or additional replacement tires they then tried to add tire insurance into the over all cost which was never mentioned nor were we asked if we wanted. We had to actively tell them we didn't want the tire insurance. We were repeatedly told they'd be working on our car soon, but it hasn't even been moved into the garage. After TWO HOURS we were told it would be another 20 minutes. Not being told it was gonna take so long is never a fun surprise, but when you have health issues a two hour wait for something that should have taken 20 minutes max is a way bigger problem. Luckily my heart monitor was fully charged when I put it on and I had my emergency pack to keep me mostly stable. After waiting THREE hours, our tire was finally replaced, but by that time I was visiblly shaking and was in a lot of pain. They didn't even bring in from the parking lot to look at until we made them aware that I had health issues and need to get home. If we hadn't we probably would have sat there for another few hours. I shouldn't have to disclose my health issues to get a flat tire changed. I think next time something like this happens we will just pay the additional amount to have our car towed somewhere else.

He and Mike did a great job of keeping me informed and Mike offered a reasonable price on front brake pads and rotors. I'm very happy with the service I received from Big O in Gilbert, and their service members!

View on GoogleGot two tires and an alignment. They said it would be less than an hour but it took two hours. They were trying to find more repairs. When I finally got out of there my check engine light was on. It was not on previously!!!! Furthermore the car still pulled to the right!!! Never again. Big O is horrible!
