Very knowledgeable. I appreciate the owner(manager) Travis and Clayton. They are very helpful and provide some much needed clarity. Clayton is a sweetheart and has great customer service skills. Travis knows his stuff. He knows AZ Automasters as well as vehicles.

Mike and his entire team is absolutely amazing, sweet and caring!!! my toddler was even given some hot wheels to play with there’s snacks and drinks and a comfy waiting room , I drove my car all the way from Ohio to Arizona and the moment we got here I started having car trouble As a single mom, I always walk into auto shops a little nervous about being overcharged or taken advantage of. But my experience at AZ Auto was completely different. From the moment I got there, they treated me with respect and honesty. They took the time to actually explain what was going on with my car in a way I could understand, without trying to upsell me on things I didn’t need. What really stood out was how fair and transparent they were with pricing. I never felt pressured, and I could tell they genuinely cared about helping me get back on the road safely especially with me being a mom the pricing is super affordable It’s hard to find mechanics you can trust, but AZ Auto definitely earned mine. I truly appreciate their professionalism, honesty, and the way they looked out for me during a stressful time. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others. Especially mamas looking for honest auto shops safety on the road with your children in the car is extremely important and I am extremely grateful for these guys.

Very honest, really great prices! I shopped around for the services I thought I needed on my BMW X5. Not only did they provide me with the lowest quote, but they set my mind at ease with honest truth about what my car actually needed saving me hundreds! All the service people were easy to deal with and I felt like I was interacting with a friend and not a greedy salesman. I am new to the area so I am happy to have a found my new local mechanic. I’ll definitely be returning for all my future needs.

I just gotta brag about these guys after yet ANOTHER AMAZING service I had done today!! AZ Automasters has been so good to me that I've been coming here for years! My SUV was having issues with the transmission upshifting so I brought it in for a diagnosis. Turns out that it wasn't even my transmission but my catalytic converter! I NEVER would have thought it was the cat causing my transmission to act up, but I got my SUV back today after they fixed the cat and she is running even better than when I first purchased her! This is why I trust these guys! Not only did they diagnose my problem correctly, but the turn around time & communication throughout the process was fantastic! They always have phenomenal customer service, explain the repairs to me in ways that I can actually understand (and if I don't quite get the "auto lingo" they are so patient in breaking it down for me in layman terms to make sure I do understand!), & they are always on top of communicating with me. I've now brought 4 of my vehicles here for servicing and maintenance over all these years and the experience is always the same, if not better, because it seems like they really actually care about getting to know ME, and not just my cars. The waiting area is stocked with yummy snacks & drinks like juices, sodas, & hot coffee which is really great when I have to wait for a service that takes around an hour or so like when I get a Brake Fluid Flush or Coolant Flush along with my Oil Change. I usually just snack & work while they work! Not to mention the pricing has always been exceptionally fair!! Definitely give these guys a shot if you're looking for a trustworthy & fair priced shop with great mechanics that you can rely on!!

I’ve had a really great experience with Az Auto Master. The manager, Travis, is super nice and has always treated me with respect. He genuinely wants what’s best for both my vehicle and for me, and that really shows. There also another guy here I’m forgetting his name but he was also super sweet. The guy with the WRX :) This is not a place where you’ll ever feel taken advantage of — even as a woman, I’ve always felt comfortable, informed, and respected. They take the time to explain things clearly and never pressure you. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for honest, trustworthy service.
