I honestly can't see how negative reviews were given to this business... Robert was very responsive... He was punctual... What he quoted me for an hourly rate was exactly what he charged me in time spent on repair... He was knowledgeable and encouraged me to watch him work and talked me thru each step of the repair... I will use Roberts services for other vehicles of mine in the near future...
View on GoogleMy daughter is 1400 miles away broke down on the interstate on a Sunday afternoon Labor Day weekend 2 hours from her home. After talking with her and figuring out it was a broken serpentine belt I was able to talk to Robert. He said his base charge was $120. I’m thinking great $120 plus whatever this guy is gonna charge to fix it. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Robert was there within 20 minutes and explained everything he was doing. She said he was a very nice man. When she told me he was charging $150 I figured that was on top of his base $120. Nope. $150 total bill. I can’t put into words how happy I am with Robert’s service. My only regret is that he’s 1 1/2 hours from my daughter. I would definitely use his service again. THANK YOU Robert!!!!
View on GoogleI just moved to Arizona from the Midwest and my car needed a new serpentine belt, my car was stuck in a random parking lot after overheating. We called Robert and he was there within the hour to look at my car. He was very informative and kind towards me. Usually I do not have this experience has a woman getting her car fixed. It usually doesn’t help that my dad will call before hand to tell them what is going on. Robert took the time to explain to me what everything did and what he was going to do to fix it. He even checked out some other things on my car that I was having issues with. His prices were very reasonable, we were quoted three times as much from other places around Gilbert. If you are in the area, PLEASE check out Robert. He is such an amazing and kind human!

View on GoogleComplete scam artist. agreed to change my motor mount for $150 one day the changed 3 and came nexday opened the 3 mounts that he put in and bunch of other stuff to comeback and fix it. then he is asking for more money and will not return. Look at the picture as to how my Van look as of now. I an filing a small court claim to force this guy out of business. He will not give you his business address and will not take anything but CASH .. this should have been a signal but fell for convenience. Please if any one else has such calime please write to me i will include you in my claim. more the merrier I am sure this guy has ripped off more people. please email or respond to this post.. We need to join together to put an end to this type of business. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN !!!
