Love this place! Ricardo is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell he genuinely knows i vehicles inside and out. It’s hard to find a shop that is both honest and highly skilled, but this place delivers on both. If you’re looking for a trustworthy auto shop with great customer service and quality work, I highly recommend them.

As usual, Roberto and his team did an extraordinary job at a very reasonable price. Aside from the original work to replace some oil seals, normal for a 25 year old car, but he also tracked down a hard to diagnose fuel bank code that was throwing an engine light. This required some additional parts. But that’s not it, there was a very slight issue with a seal he had replaced a year and a half ago, and warranted that fix, too. Finally, since he had access due to the other repairs, he offered to replace a bad engine mount for just the cost of the part. I knew the mount was probably failing by the slight thump when accelerating hard. When presented with the bill, I honestly expected it to be twice what he charged. Better than fair prices, excellent skills, and integrity to honor their warrantees. Can’t ask for more.

Not only do they offer the best price in town, they complete top quality work! They work quickly and complete the work with genuine care. I found my forever east-valley go-to guys for all my vehicle repair needs! (They even washed the exterior of my car! My windows were dirty when I dropped it off and spotless when I drove it away. Never has that been done for me by a car repair shop before! Being an expecting mom in my last trimester, I was so appreciative of that courtesy!) Thanks for all that you do guys! Your skill, expertise, and the top-quality work that you do is truly appreciated!

They do the “whats and whys” better than anyone else. They tell you what is wrong and why, then tell you what they did and why. I have used them for 5 years and wouldn’t think of letting anyone else touch my cars. High quality and Fair price are self-explanatory. Unfortunately, I learned the hard way that not all shops are honest. I guarantee Ricardo and his team are. I included “focus” because their underlying focus is Customer Satisfaction. They live by this theme; it’s their bottom line …. and they didn’t pay me a dime to say this.
