APR is truly the best! I always have a great experience with this auto shop. Everyone is kind, respectful, and honest from start to finish. They explain everything clearly and do amazing work. It’s hard to find a place you can trust, but this is definitely one of them. Highly recommend!
View on GoogleBattery was dying. Called this place up on my way home. They told me to come over asap. Walked in, they replaced the battery and I was out the door. Great price. Great service. Peter was very helpful. I will be back!
View on GooglePete always takes great care of us over at APR. He’s timely, communicative, and reasonably affordable. Mostly, it feels like we get honest work done here. Would recommend to anyone for any job needed on thier vehicle!
View on GoogleI was referred to APR by my original mechanic because I have a BMW and he’s limited in what he can work on. I was told I needed a master mechanic who specializes in European cars, and I was honestly very nervous about going somewhere new since I’ve been with my mechanic for the past 20 years. From the beginning, Peter communicated with me throughout the entire process of getting my car fixed. I did end up needing some extensive work done, which is always stressful, but Peter really helped put everything into perspective and kept my stress levels way down. When I picked up my car, he didn’t just hand me the bill and the keys and send me on my way…he took the time to explain exactly what was done and even showed me. That level of care and communication meant a lot to me. APR is a great company with amazing communication, and Peter is genuinely caring and knowledgeable. I highly recommend APR Automotive.
View on GoogleI really needed the timing belt replaced because it was overdue. I was referred by a friend, so when I called, Pete was able to get me in and completed the very next day! They had a timing belt kit, which replaced a number of items and the final cost was very reasonable. They even let me use a loaner vehicle for the day. Great job!
