They were absolutely wonderful. Very quick. Extremely friendly. People were coming in and bringing them homemade cookies while I was there. Very much a my family is your family kind of vibe. Gave recommendations and other issues I didn’t even come in for and quoted me for them. Very reasonably priced. Would absolutely go back.

My husband and I brought in a Civic Si for an alignment. We had to bring it in today for a second time because it was still uncentered. Before even bringing the vehicle in the first time, we advised them that the car had been modified and if it would still be possible to work on. They had advised us it wouldn't be an issue so long as the car fit on the lift. After bringing it in a 2nd time, the car is STILL is not aligned correctly. The advice we were given was to take it into a specialty shop because they "don't work on specialty vehicles" and "there are underlying issues" (which their technician could not tell us exactly what that could be). If you cannot work on a vehicle WHY lie you your customer and still do it even after they already told you it's modified—then don't do it! We are not new to this, my husband is a technician in the same environment and knows that if he can't do it, they won't fulfill the service unless the customer knows it would be a risk and asks anyway! Anything further is dishonest business. We were given no compensation or recourse. --But if you want a shop who's nice and has a good greeting but isn't honest about fulfillment or completion, this would be your pick.

Had A 2004 Ford E150 that had a air bag light on. This happened after a bad repair while I was in california, at a small repair shop. I needed to sale the van and most places would not touch it. To my surprise Spencer's said “we can fix that, no problem” turned out it was some wires etc and the repair was not bad. This location is honest and highly skilled. I would highly recommend this location/shop. Hard to find a good quality repair shop and this is the place. Van sold fast ! thanks !

Took my vehicle in for the air conditioning and heating not blowing. They gave me an estimate on what it would cost. I have an old vehicle, and it was going to cost 5x what the vehicle is worth to fix it, so I decided not to repair it. It’s been time for me to get a new car anyway. When I arrived to pick up my car, I let them know I was going to get a new one. They agreed that was in my best interest. I pulled out my wallet to pay them for the time they took to do diagnostics, and they said “no charge.” Wow! I was more than happy to pay them for their time they took to do diagnostics and put together an estimate. The fact that they agreed that it was better for me to purchase a new vehicle (because they aren’t going to make any money fixing my car), and the fact that they charged me nothing for the diagnosis, blew me away! Thank you all so much! I will definitely be back with my new vehicle! Thank you again for everything!

My vehicle needed quite a bit of work. This was not going to be accomplished in a day or two. Michael the shop manager kept me informed of the status. The repairs were extensive and the job done was exceptional. Michael was clear and precise with information and had an easy going attitute while always being proffessional. I would not hesitate to have Spenser's in Florence fix my car if the need should arrise.
