Billy takes the time to explain everything clearly, with no surprises, and you can tell that he operates with real integrity. It’s refreshing to find a shop you can genuinely trust. From the initial diagnostics to clearly relaying the service required and Billy’s recommendations, everything was handled with care and professionalism. They even provided before-and-after photos, took the time to clean the engine, and went above and beyond the required parameters to make sure every component was working properly. I Googled best Auto mechanics in San tan valley and San Tan Auto repair shop popped up first. I first checked their reviews and they were all very positive so I called them and spoke to Billy .I was given a quote on some repairs for my sons car within the hour , I got other quotes from other shops around just to be safe , SanTan Valley Auto repair beat them all . I set up an appointment with Billy , dropped my son’s car off and he kept me informed of all updates by text throughout the day , every step of the way , he even made me aware of a few parts that were in need of eventual repair but not at this moment and to keep my eye out for them.Billy, then also text me that one of the repairs for the car weren’t necessary because the parts were still in good shape , I was blown away by his honesty and was very appreciative because it was going to save me quite a bit of money. I picked up the car and Billy showed me the old parts he replaced and went over the invoice thoroughly. I can now say I have a new mechanic!!!!!! He was very professional and quick to respond to the work and any questions I had. I will now be taking all my families vehicles to San Tan Auto repair shop and I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone needing repairs.Thank you again Billy!

I brought my wife’s 2007 Lexus LS460 in for service. We originally needed the spark plugs and front control arms/ball joints replaced, but Billy went above and beyond. Not only did he handle those repairs, he also looked for every possible way to help us save money. He identified issues no other shop had caught, and throughout the entire process he sent detailed photos so I could see exactly what was happening. I’ve never had that level of transparency during a repair before. He also discovered that the alternator installed by a competing shop was faulty and pointed out that the radiator needed to be replaced. Overall, we’re extremely satisfied with the care, time, and attention he dedicated to our vehicle, as well as the warranties provided on both the workmanship and the parts.

Billy replaced the engine on my ‘04 Ford F150. After stopping by and just looking for a quote I realized Billy was the man for the job. I was absolutely correct in that decision. He will go into exact detail what needs to be done after hey inspects and finds the issues. Bill doesn't overcharge he fair and has reasonable prices.
