I pay a premium price to come to Speedco for a service on my truck because they have the best facilities and generally do a good job. It all comes down to the conscientiousness of the techs though in the end. I drove 50 miles and discovered my truck leaking oil. Failing to tighten the oil filter is not conscientious performance.

View on GoogleI had a terrible experience at this shop and strongly advise others to stay away. I brought my truck in for an A/C issue; they ran diagnostics and told me I needed a new compressor and Freon. After paying for these expensive repairs, the A/C still does not work. The problem was never fixed. To make matters worse, the staff was extremely unprofessional. They were rude, yelled at me, and even made racist jokes about my English accent. When I questioned the service, they essentially held my truck hostage, telling me they wouldn't return my keys unless I paid for the failed repair. I contacted customer service, but they provided no help. Save your money and your dignity—go somewhere else.
