If you read any of the reviews I really hope you read this one. My family and I were driving on a trip and the last part of our trip was from California to Texas. We basically broke down in Arizona and were calling repair shops immediately. No one would take us until James Diesel did and for that we are entirely grateful. They helped us call a tow truck and even gave us a ride themselves to come pick all of us up because there were four of us and a dog. They came over asap. Once they heard what our issue was they said they would start working on the vehicle as soon as the truck was dropped off, and they did! They were also very calming to the panic we were feeling about the situation. They took care of us and we were on our way back home. After about 30 minutes we had a code come up and had to pull over immediately. We called James diesel and they came over to us as soon as they could to help figure out the problem was. Sadly there was a problem with the vehicle that they could not fix due to our vehicle being brand new, but they gave us multiple rides to wherever we needed to go/get a rent car. All that to say these people went above and beyond to help us and were such genuine, nice, and amazing people. Thank you to James Diesel for helping us with this situation. If we are ever in this area again and need to call a repair shop we know exactly who to call.

Freaking fantastic job!!!! ♾️♾️/10 Would recommend to anyone! I had my vehicle at a dealership for almost 2 months because they were trying to give me the run around & charge me for things I didnt ask for. When it got my car to James Repair shop. Super quick & easy. Didn't give me th run around. Told me exactly what was wrong, what was needed & got the job done in no time. I was back on the road within 4 days of bringing my vehicle in! Thank you thank you so much! The staff is amazing 10/10. Very good with communication & letting you know how the process is going so you do not have to worry. Again 100/10 would recommend!
View on GoogleTook my truck back to the dealer for injector pigtail, they said i needed an injector also, code on my pc and theirs said the same code (pigtail). The drealer wanted almost 3500! And wouldn't listen about the pigtail. Bought the parts from the dealer and came to James. He got my truck in and out in no time and agreed the injector was fine. Honest, fast and affordable ( saved me 2000.00) Already recommended Jame's to my boss, as we have diesel trucks and rigs.

View on GoogleLOVE this shop, James & Casey were incredible. Our car kept shutting off on us in the middle of the street. We originally thought it was going to be the power steering assist. It ended up being that our battery was not connected properly. Ending in a way cheaper fix than originally thought. They also assisted us with after hours pick up! I appreciate the honesty and incredible customer service.
