I respect older people, but the lady at the front desk I’m positive she’s much younger than she look, but her attitude is so stink She’s so grumpy. That’s the reason she looked that old…. I get it you have to start from somewhere and you have to learn along the way, but why have a shop that is open to the public with people Safety and you have two rookies working together that cannot make one shouldn’t there be someone that can train them, showing them, teaching them helping them along the way but that’s not the case two guys there are none of them knows how to do a simple PM service one of the Guy reused the seal around the fuel separator because he didn’t know how to remove the cover to put on the new seal that come in the box. This is the worst place. I will never stop to do a oil change here ever again.

After experiencing a blowout outside duel in my Motorhome on Interstate 10, I was unable to get service I needed from my Roadside Assistance Company. I placed a call for help to Jeff@Goodyear Tire & Service, Eloy, not only were they able to get me to the shop that day, but also able to get 6 new tires installed by noon the following day. Great service and excellent staff working to meet customers needs. I might add they service freighter products.

Plus I got the greatest deal ever on the 4 tires they sold me. 1/15/25, I had to return a tire. Due to lack of communication. I had no problems. They were great and with a smile made everything easy. This is a great place to do business.

I can count on my hand how many garages I'd gladly go visit, this would rank number 1. I don't like to need the services but I enjoyed my time while I was there m, both times, and felt confident driving when I left. Goodyear you need to do everything possible to keep the employees you have. They are truly an exceptional group, go above and beyond and serve you well!!!
