So happy to have found someone in the area who is honest, efficient, and friendly! Luis was able to complete my Audi oil change within the same day. He took the time to show me some things in my car to keep an eye out for without making me feel pressured. Luis is very personable and I would highly recommend Valette Auto Repair to anyone!

What really stood out to me was how helpful and understanding he was. He even offered financing options, which made a huge difference for me during a stressful time. He’s incredibly friendly, patient, and transparent. He took the time to show me exactly which parts needed to be replaced and broke down the costs so I understood everything. That level of honesty is hard to find. I went back later for a check engine light, and he fixed it on the spot without any hassle.
