Brandon Stoker and Jim Corbett were exceptional employees of your service repair facility. They were knowledgeable, extremely helpful in explaining what the diagnostics indicated and what procedures should be done. They also suggested other minor fixes that I should consider while the the car was in the service department. They were most kind, and very accommodating. Since I was leaving the car and had no one available to pick me up and take me home Jim called a car for me and offered to have someone pick me up when the car was completed. Excellent service My bill was over $3000.00 but the the shock of the cost was reduced by the fabulous care and attention given to me . Brandon followed up the next day with a call to insure everything was working well. In addition I had gotten 2 new replacement key less car fob remotes and Brandon recommended a terrific man, Tomer , at Bulldog Locksmith to come to my home and program them. Excellent help and advisement. As an older woman it was one of the best experiences having to deal with car problems I heartily recommend this AAA Auto Repair Center at 301 N Arizona Avenue, Chandler, AZ 85225 and the great team effort of Brandon and Jim.

Great experience - booked online and when I walked in at my apt time as soon as I was in the lobby they said “Mr. Hildreth?” They took an hour to do my oil change and a full inspection - they gave me the break down on what was wrong without intense pressure or any fear tactics. Felt like I was talking to mechanics not sales guys. Gave me quotes and said what to watch out for and went on my way. Will be coming here for repairs from now on. I will definitely be back and from my first visit feel like I trust these guys. They were very nice and helpful. Thanks for the help and advice!

I’ve been using AAA Auto with my corvette and other vehicles for over 5 years now. With my corvette I needed somewhere to take it other than the dealer that was fair, honest , high quality , trustworthy, safe, and friendly , sincerely having the customer experience in mind. The latest repair has been brakes with Jonathan. He did a phenomenal repair and is installing caliper covers for me. Their prices aren’t cheap , nor overcharging, you get what you pay for. And quality is important! Blair is a great mechanic and has repairs my cars several times. Thank you for a job well done again.

I really wanted to give these guys a chance, they had great reviews plus I’m a AAA Premier Member. It starts with last Monday, I set an appointment online at 1pm for brake services. I mistakenly booked West Chandler and showed up at this East location (closest to my place). I showed up 20 minutes early when I was informed they didn’t have my appointment so I checked my email and validated I was at the wrong place. No big deal- I can still make it to West Chandler in 20 mins. They insisted they could take care of my car here at East and proceeded to assure me I didn’t need an appointment. I dropped my keys off and went home. 4.5 hours later- I start to worry. I need my vehicle for work and I still haven’t been called. I booked this on my only day off and I was worried knowing they were closing soon. I call them only to find out they haven’t even looked at my car yet. I realized I had kept it there most of the day for no reason, on my only day off. It had just been left parked and overlooked in the parking lot. They admitted they oversaw how many cars were ahead of mine and they were sorry for the inconvenience but if I make an appointment it won’t happen again. So, I make another appointment this time at the right location same time. I bring my car again, same thing happens.. 4pm rolls around I still haven’t heard back from them so I call again. They claim they’re working on the quote and they’ll call me back in 10. They call back and give me an insane quote of $1800 for brake services w/ new rotors and tell me my car is guaranteed to be ready at 12pm the following day if I leave it with them. LOL… almost 12 hours after my appointment and almost 2k later to get 4 brakes pads and rotors… oh and a cooling system service sneaked in charge with a labor charge of $120 on that alone. The labor charges quoted were $955. Without those extra cooling system and air filter charges were looking at $1400 for just brake pads/rotors and labor. I took the quote and left. I received a call back from the manager apologizing for “dropping the ball” the following morning (today) on my service yesterday and offering me $100 off. lol thank you but no thank you. It doesn’t accommodate for a total of 10 hours of wasted time between both visits and a clear over charge and sneaked in charges for things that weren’t even mentioned to me. I called brake masters and they guaranteed me a much lower price plus having my car out and ready by 4:30pm if I take it in at 1pm, if they do EVERYTHING on the quote AAA gave me. This location needs to get it together. Either they’re severely understaffed mis organized or just slow but safe to say I really tried and they lost my business for good. They lacked any real accountability and proceed to tell me an appointment earlier would be best if I want same day service. If that’s the case, why didn’t they tell me that after the first failed visit? $100 off could never make up for this experience.

They were good, did everything they could, but my truck has a mind of her own. The sensors of teenagers, right?? She'll vomit oil & blow gaskets and coolant and throw codes at me, but not strangers. 😆 I'd recommend them.
