Kit was unusual circumstances as I brought my car in for AC service and was forced to leave it overnight. When I picked up the next day I was informed the catalytic converter was stolen from my car that night! Obviously I was not happy that the car was not secured inside overnight but the great news is they took care of getting a new catalytic converter installed the next day, at their cost, and they reimbursed me me for uber trips I had to take. They took a really bad experience and made it a positive for me! I will continue to do business with them because they took full responsibility for the incident and corrected it in a timely fashion, no charge to me! If you haven’t used them, give them a try…I will go back to them for my vehicle service needs!

I really really like them. They seemed honest I didn’t feel like they were trying to get over on me being female or anything like that. I love the fact that they did the inspection with my oil change. I am very happy with them.

From the moment I walked in, the staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The manager, Andy, was especially welcoming and truly treats you like family. He was honest and upfront about the total cost and clearly explained how long the repairs would take. There were no surprises — just transparency and professionalism. After receiving much higher quotes from other shops, Sun Devil Auto gave me a far better price and delivered excellent work. I highly recommend them to anyone needing minor or major repairs. They’ve definitely earned my trust!
View on GoogleHighly recommend. I bought a new car through Carvana recently and had to get it checked out in case it had to be returned during the 7 day return window. The dealership wanted to charge me $400 for a vehicle inspection. Sun Devil only wanted $70 (including tax) for the same service. They were very thorough and checked over the whole car so I could have peace of mind with my new vehicle. Andy and Dominic took care of me (and my car). I will definitely be back when it comes time for my car’s regular maintenance.
View on GoogleUnfortunately I am unable to give a higher rating. Was charged for a flush when sadly it hadn’t even been addressed. When brought forward was lied point blank that it had been completed. This is hard to complete without even removing the cap. The evidence of the residue still in its original place that would have been cleaned up if the maintenance had been performed. Fluid inside is very dirty and evidently used. Not changed. Definitely not flushed. But my paperwork says it was done. Don’t appreciate being lied to.
