First time going to them. Very happy with the service. Would return and recommend without hesitation. They make an obvious effort to keep the front office and work bays clean. I'm reminded of the adage, if you want to buy a car from someone don't buy the car without first looking at how the seller maintains the garage of the car you are buying. A positive experience throughout.

View on GoogleI work for an automotive repair shop in las vegas and we have a mutual customer with Spencer auto repair. They did some work and it had to be warranty claimed but unfortunately the claim was not approved but Will the operation manager for Spencer auto repair was able to cover the charges so the customer didn't have to come out of pocket. That is awesome customer service very honorable . And now we both have a Happy customer. I have a lot of family in Arizona. I will definitely be recommending them over there.
View on GoogleI came in hoping to get an alignment done on my Polestar 2. After dropping off my car, they even ordered an Uber to take me home. Later in the afternoon, the technician called to explain that they didn’t have the Polestar software required for alignment and recommended I take it to the dealer instead. (This was later confirmed to be true — only the dealer can do a proper Polestar alignment.) They also noticed that my front tires were wearing out and suggested replacing the tires first before doing any alignment. They provided a quote and took the time to explain everything clearly. From drop-off to every phone call to picking up my car, every single person I interacted with was incredibly friendly, sweet, and very helpful. Even though I didn’t end up getting any service or tires replaced with them, they remained just as warm and kind, and even wished me happy holidays when I picked up my car. I hope no one’s car ever has issues, but if you need maintenance or repair, I highly recommend Spencer Auto Repair. Wonderful people and truly great customer service.

Customer service was excellent and explained everything to me that was worked on and what needed service in the future. They were the lowest price for my service. Highly recommend.
