Pulley Bracket sheared on yukon and dislodged serpentine belt. Freeway Chevrolet were no help and said 72 hr wait just to get it looked at. Service Techniques was recommended and had the vechicle repaired within 2 hrs. Kevin and Brian were awesome to deal with. Great service! Great price! Highly recommend.
View on GoogleI went to Service Techniques because my AC had stopped working. I paid $1,600 for the repair, but the issue was never actually fixed. Over the next few months, I brought my car back four or five times, only to be told each visit that nothing was wrong and everything was functioning normally. Meanwhile, my AC continued to fail. When I finally went back again, I was told that my compressor was dying and it would cost an additional $2,300 to repair. At this point, I felt like my time and money had been completely wasted. The only reason I am giving two stars is because Kevin, the owner, is very kind. However, I am left feeling frustrated, confused, and disappointed that the original problem was not resolved despite multiple visits and a significant initial payment.

View on GoogleBy far my worst experience dealing with any kind of business or service. Please be super careful and cautious if you have any plans in taking your car for service. I called the shop on a Monday and they did not get to it until Friday, that was the easy part of all this nightmare situation. The car doesn’t crank over and I was referred by a mechanic to take it to a shop that works on the electrical components of the car, so I did. I came by a few times to the shop to check on the progress and the car was still parked at the same location. When I got there and tried to explain what was wrong with my car I got different answers with one of the mechanics stating it could be the starter and the mechanic stated the engine was seized. I truly believe they did not move the car from where I left it and charged me $170 for the diagnostic. Lastly, the most disturbing act by this company was they intentionally opened my key fob and damaged the microchip, costing an additional $280, when I called the locksmith they stated someone had opened the fob and dismantled the component. They admitted fault and paid for the replacement key.
