I am extremely impressed in many important ways. I had great interaction with Jose and he was very personable and polite. And he absolutely knew how to treat a valued customer even though I was brand new...and had a cheapie GroupOn. The facility was impressive, you'll see. They serve fleet vehicles which experience massive equipment failures and even full overhauls. I was very impressed at the modern shop very much! I was given a quote that I will return to take advantage of. I think I found a shop i can trust. The waiting room(s) were excellent, I absolutely could take a nap in those brand new supple leather sofas! Good Job Monre 👏!

I can’t recommend this place enough. I came in for an oil change, and the very next day had my brakes and rotors replaced. The team made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free. Their prices are the best in town, and the service exceeded my expectations. I worked with Daniel on the first day and Jose on the second—both were outstanding, knowledgeable, and truly cared about providing great customer service. You won’t be disappointed.

Monroe Automotive took great of my vehicle. I stopped-in for a quick oil change and they were very professional and quick to complete my oil change too. They were very easy to work with and came highly recommended by a friend who services his vehicle here too. I highly recommend calling ahead to schedule an appointment. They are flexible and easy to work with and this gives them time to ensure they’re prepared for your make and model too. Their office crew and mechanics seem to really know their stuff and they had a handful of solid recommendations for my vehicle - based on the mileage and age. I’ll definitely be returning to Monroe Automotive for additional service work on my vehicles! Also, they mentioned to me that my tires are nearing replacement time and offered me a quick quote, which was also emailed to me too. 10/10. Lobby was clean, TV was playing something interesting, and they had coffee, water, and snacks too. Word is, the owner likes horses too and their decor definitely reflects that! Nice touch! First mechanic I can confidently say that are reliable and trustworthy! I came in for an oil change, a coolant flush, and brake pads and rotor change. The men here were friendly, professional, and transparent with you for the entire process. I was recommended by a family member, and despite how far they were, I am willing to make the drive here for future auto repairs! I really recommend this shop! Update 03/05/2026: This is my go-to shop after having repairs done here. They work with you throughout the process and make things fair across the board. I cannot recommend this shop and the team enough!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’m really glad I brought my car here. The team was easy to deal with, honest, and straightforward about what needed to be done. They explained everything clearly and didn’t try to push any extra work. The service was done on time, the price was fair, and my car has been running great since. It’s not always easy to find a shop you can trust, but this one definitely earns it. I’ll be coming back and recommending them to others.
