I took my son’s car here for an oil change, and I honestly could not be happier with the experience. From the moment we walked in, the customer service was absolutely amazing. Everyone was kind, patient, and genuinely cared about helping us instead of just trying to make a sale. What really stood out to me was how honest and respectful they were. They didn’t try to pressure me into buying a bunch of unnecessary services or tell me that “everything” was wrong with the car. Instead, they took the time to walk me through exactly what my son’s car needed and explained everything clearly. It’s rare to find a place that treats customers with such care and integrity these days. They made the whole experience stress-free, and I truly appreciated how comfortable and valued they made us feel. I would absolutely give them 5 stars and highly recommend them to anyone in the area looking for trustworthy, professional, and caring service. We will definitely be coming back!

I had a great experience at Kerry’s Car Care today with my 2020 Jeep Sahara, specifically regarding an issue with the air conditioning unit that was blowing warm air. Initially, I took my Jeep to Sun Devil Auto, where they claimed everything was fine but quoted me nearly $600 just to add new Freon. Feeling uncertain, I decided to seek a second opinion at Kerry’s Car Care. My car needed much more than Freon. It needed a new compressor/fan & Jeff went out of his way to find the best deal for me. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with respect and honesty by Jeff, the manager. This isn’t my first visit, and I’ve always appreciated the transparent and reliable service they provide. As a woman, it's easy to feel apprehensive about being taken advantage of at auto shops, but at Kerry’s, I feel confident that I’m being treated fairly. Jeff took the time to address my concerns, and I left knowing that my Jeep was in good hands. They have consistently proven to be a reliable option for any car repairs or maintenance, whether it’s a major issue or something as simple as an oil change. I’ve even referred my neighbors, my son, and my girlfriend to them, and they’ve all had positive experiences as well. They have always been up front about my cars condition and I feel they genuinely care about the quality of their service and the products they use.
