View on GoogleIt's called "Word of Mouth" for a good reason. Since 2008 my wife had been going to Genes Auto Worx in Tempe. However, after a very bad experience with them we had to fire them (read the review for them). My next-door neighbor told me about this place. I've visited "Joe's" a couple of times now just for a discussion about an engine coolant problem. Thanks to them I was told what the issue was and found out that it was still under warranty. So today was my first official visit when I needed an oil change. So glad that we were told about this establishment.

Robert said it would either be $90 OR $189 (Weird as that is not typical anywhere you go) He said he "Checked" my truck and said the driver side ball join had "too much play" to get an alignment and that I would need to replace it but you can't just put in a new ball joint (Yes you can). He then proceeded to tell me I need new lower control arms and they would be over $1000, And while he's in there they might as well do upper control arms $2000+, and that he also didn't know whether the wheel bearings were bad so I should replace those too (They're fine) and that all would be over $4200+. Long story short I took my truck to discount tire for a tire rotation and road balance and they said they could see if they could align it. Well $90 later my truck is perfectly fine and nothing I said was true and its aligned with no issues. Thank you Robert for making me follow my instinct and get a second opinion and holding true that these small auto repair shops are just out to get money and genuinely do not want to help.

Although we went a different route and did not complete the tasks at hand, I would definitely travel from Goodyear to Chandler just for their service. Thank you both for everything.
