Great experience with HR Motorsports AZ! Had lowering springs and alignment done on my M4 Competition — very professional, friendly, and reasonably priced. The 30-day alignment warranty is a huge plus. Highly recommend! 👍

Best BMW mechanic in the valley! Never get the impression that they’re ripping you off, they’re always upfront about everything and update you throughout whatever the process may be. Cost is much cheaper than BMW dealers, and they’re great guys! Could not recommend if you hate having a car that runs with a positive bank balance, or if you enjoy yelling and stressing while modding your own car in your driveway.

I took my 2013 Active Hybrid 3 to have its oil filter housing gasket replaced and upgraded to a Mosselman oil thermostat. My car model is a little different from a standard 335i but its not an issue for HRMotorsports. They were quick completing the job and kept me updated on completion status through out the day, They would of completed the job same day but due to clearance issues with my new thermostate they had to reroute a coolant line due to my car being a slightly different than a 335i. Highly recommended to service oil filter housing gasket here if you don't want the head ache of doing your self especially if you own a Active Hybrid. I was going to do this job myself but didn't have the time and the service needed to be done ASAP I had all the parts required and they only charged me for labor which some shops don't do! For labor and having to reroute/create a new coolant line to the radiator $575. Well worth it for the quick turnaround.

Unfortunately, I believe Heber lacked the experience to build a 4n single turbo S55, the car was at his shop nearly 50% of the time since I had the build completed in early September. The car consistently misfired even on pump fuel, we had the car completed prior to Bimmerinvasion (1 day prior) but the car misfired on a base map from Steven at wedge performance (none of my other friends had issues with their single turbos or Steven’s tunes) and I had to tow it back which costed me 1500$ (never refunded). Even after Heber checked the car 6x I consistently had misfires and each time after I took it back I’d leave and have a new problem (bad sensor or other issues). I think at a certain point he should have just had another shop look at the car versus continuing to say I don’t know and look the car over for 4-5 days. In order to re-create the misfire he added ~1k miles on my 24k mile f80m3cs, there was also damage on my clear coat and some new dents but I never said anything to him about it (I noticed it but figured it would be a non valued added conversation to accuse him). If you plan on building a high horsepower single turbo s55, I’d recommend taking it to Vadar or Partsscore as they both have a track record of building high horsepower builds with no issues and have the ability to fix it quickly (I’ve spoken with multiple friends on this who did work there).
