I had a wonderful experience. Called first thing in the morning about an issue with my tires. I was told to come in and I got there and they immediately seen and explained what the problem was and they had me in and out in an hour. They were super helpful and friendly and genuinely care about their customers. Very impressed with the customer service. 5 stars if not more.
View on Google10 stars. Chris the manager took my call after me being let down with my previous company. I used to use discount tire all the time for years but lately they haven’t lived up to my standard. Chris got me in and re assured me that this is the place to be. Next day later both tires installed and ready to go. Less then 24 hour turn around. They didn’t even have the tire at the shop. That shows commitment for the customer. You guys definitely earned a repeat customer. They will try to fix the issue before replacing the part. Other shops would just replace everything. He made a simple gesture of “let’s try to repair the tire if we can’t then We will replace it.” It Speaks a lot. I don’t want to lose all my money to shops I’d rather a repair vs a replace any time possible! Thank you chris and heath and all the techs involved. for opening up nearby and providing excellent service.

View on GoogleThese guys are truly great. Chris is so helpful, cheerful and friendly and the prices are real reasonable ($60s for synthetic oil change). They did me such a solid in honoring the tire warranty from the prior shop that was at the same location for a nail puncture repair. And also comped switching out my air filter, which was above and beyond. Will be back here again and again.
