I'm new to the Chandler area. I took my car here for a check engine light that came on. The front desk staff are really nice and attentive. They answered all my questions. My repair costs were within the market range, so no real surprises there. The only room for improvement I would say is in communication. They had my car a full day and hadn't gotten to diagnose it because they were back logged (which I understand) but had I not called right before they closed for the day, I wouldn't have known that. I work in customer service so for me, communication with the customer is key. Despite that, I'd still bring my car back here for service.
