Absolutely exceptional experience! My daughter's car overheated and all the coolant leaked out. Greulich's was able to get it in right away and diagnosed it in short time and sent a comprehensive estimate and diagnosis for our review. The price was very reasonable, especially considering they used OEM parts and have a 2 year warranty! Within just a few short hours the same day, they completed the repair and tested the engine to ensure no further damage was done due to the overheating. Reza, the store manager, was amazing to work with and took the time to throughly explain everything done to the car and gave us a huge peace of mind! Very professional, honest and great communication! This will be our go to mechanic for everything!!

The dropping off of the vehicle using the night drop box for keys made delivering the vehicle easy. They kept me informed of the progress. They emailed me the results which included photos and helpful information. My neighbor and I have taken our cars there before and signed up for emails. I used an emailed coupon and saved $50. Fixed A/C unit and oil changed. They made it all easy. Nice guys for sure!

Customer service was top notch from start to finish and they made the whole process stress free. It’s hard to find people who genuinely care about doing quality work, but these guys definitely do. Highly recommend Greulich Automotive if you’re looking for trustworthy service.
