I’d like to start off with the fact that I got a flat and went here the next day to get both front tires, everything seems fine until I asked how much on average would an alignment be, they do a quick check and the guys says the car needs a part that runs for over “1 thousand dollars” in order to do that alignment, so I begin to do research on this part and it is actually 100 - 200 dollars. Then, to make matters worse on the way home the drivers side of the car is making a loud and very annoying knocking sound. When I arrived home I came to the conclusion that the lug nuts were ALL loose, I could easily take them off with my hands. Completely unacceptable, could’ve caused a bad accident and I basically paid for a job that was not done correctly.

We live in the North West Valley and we’re at the racetrack in Chandler when we noticed our trailer’s tire metal was showing. Our spare was the wrong tire, so we were stuck in Chandler at 1am, with no one to help, we called the mobile tire company to see if they could help and no answer. We found this tire shop on google and they answered the phone when we called. We had a new tire in our trailer within an hour! Thank you so much for all your help

I didn’t get the guys name but he was young. Really nice and found the issue with my tire really quick. Less than five minutes wait time. He was friendly so I gave him a tip. Oh and I got a used tire that looked brand new. 🆕

so I get a flat tire at 2:00 in the morning in Queen Creek. I call around all the used tire places that are open 24 hours checking to see who has the right tire and see if any of them will come out to me. none of them will come out to me so I ended up taking off the tire ubering it back and forth to the get the new tire. 1. tire prices are not $50 for used in $100 for new. to the guy told me he had my tire size when I called him and then when I got there all he had was one tire that would fit but was a different size and bald. he then charge me $65 for that bald tire knowing that I would have to call an Uber and have me and the tire Uber to a different tire shop or pay his price I'll definitely not going back there. and to make things worse when he put the bald tire on he only filled to 20 psi which for those of you that don't know is not enough air pressure in the tire to get my Jack out from under the car. I left this guy's shop feeling like I got extorted at 2:00 in the morning. I definitely would not trust them with any mechanical repairs
