Robert provided a great customer service! He answered all my questions and the wheels arrived super fast. I placed the order on a Sunday and on Tuesday they were delivered on my doorstep!! And the have the best price on the internet!!

Raffi answered countless questions I had from before I ordered through when they arrived, and also stayed on top of my order and ensuring it got out for a deadline I was trying to meet. The wheel and tire packages make things so easy (and that they’re road force balanced). Can’t recommend Element and Raffi enough. And by the way, the wheels look incredible…
View on GoogleI’d like to share some concerns regarding my recent experience. After ordering the rims, I did not receive any communication or updates about the status of the build, shipment of the rims, or shipment of the tires. The only reason I became aware that items were being shipped was because I have a UPS account tied to my S-Corp, which is how I received notifications. While the sales process was helpful and informative in guiding me to select the correct rims, the follow-through on customer service has been disappointing. From a customer’s perspective, communication should not end once the sale is completed. Updates such as build progress, shipping timelines, and tracking information are essential and should be proactively provided. In my own business practices, I make it a priority to keep customers informed at every stage—especially after a purchase has been made. This level of communication builds trust and reflects professionalism. Unfortunately, that standard was not met in this case. I understand there may be a focus on sales responsibilities, but that does not justify the lack of communication after an order is placed. Supporting the customer through the full order-to-delivery process is just as important as securing the sale. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as there is clear opportunity to improve the overall customer experience.
