If I could give Desert BMW Service zero stars, I would. I brought my vehicle in on April 1, 2026 for a simple low coolant issue. What I experienced instead was dishonesty, incompetence, and behavior that raises serious concerns about what actually happens to customers’ vehicles behind closed doors. The front desk employee, Jacob, told me directly—face to face and over the phone —that he added coolant to my car and was going to complete a proper 50/50 mix. Minutes later, he comes back with the owner and completely changes his story, claiming he never touched the vehicle. Only after I called him out directly did he admit the truth—that he DID put coolant in my car. So which is it? Because that kind of back-and-forth lying is exactly how people lose trust permanently. Even worse, the owner then states that adding coolant in this situation is a LIABILITY. Let that sink in—they admitted, out loud, that what was done to my vehicle could create a liability issue. At that point, I started seriously questioning whether anything done to my vehicle there can be trusted at all. You don’t lie to a customer about work performed on their car. You don’t contradict yourself in front of your own management. And you definitely don’t create a situation where the customer is left wondering if their vehicle was handled improperly. Between: • Being lied to multiple times • Contradictory statements from staff • Management acknowledging liability • And the complete lack of accountability I will never return and am pursuing this further. If you care about your car, your money, or your safety—think twice before coming here.

Hey guys, if you’re thinking of using Desert BMW, they’re great. My man at the front desk is seriously knowledgeable and they only tell you what may be wrong with your car in the future & and not say you need to fix this today & have an unexpected higher bill. Having a trusted mechanic for your car seems to be hard to come by nowadays. AC

We recently took my daughter’s BMW 330e to Desert BMW after several BMW owners highly recommended them, especially their new Arizona Avenue location. Since it’s a hybrid, we wanted a shop that truly understands electric and hybrid BMWs, and this team clearly does. Her car had a battery warning and a brake flush notification on the dash. From the start, the entire experience was smooth and professional. Scheduling online was easy, and they were ready for us right at our appointment time. Check-in and pickup were simple, and even payment could be handled online. After the brake flush, the brakes felt a little unusual, so we brought the car back in. They took the time to inspect everything and explained that the brakes and rotors were glazed. Even though the brakes looked fairly new, they were aftermarket parts installed by the previous owner, not genuine BMW components. We decided to move forward with new brakes and rotors, and the difference was noticeable immediately. What really stood out was the honesty and customer service. The pricing was very fair, and they actually charged less than originally quoted. Everyone we dealt with was welcoming, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. It’s hard finding a shop you truly trust with a BMW hybrid, but we definitely found ours. This will be our go-to place moving forward, and I highly recommend checking them out for any BMW service needs.

The team was incredibly respectful and kept me informed every step of the way. Not only was the service top-notch, but the cost of the repair was also very reasonable—much less than what I’ve paid at the dealership in the past. Great shop, fast work, friendly and knowledgeable service! Completed work quickly and UNDER ESTIMATE!!! They answered the many questions I had and totally alleviated the stress involved in getting repairs done and not knowing where to go after my 3 series gave out on the freeway one day.. Replaced fuel pump, water pump, thermostat, serpentine belt and came in UNDER ESTIMATE a day EARLIER than quoted!!! Enough said but not enough stars available for this shop!!! - a woman who knows little about car repair and completely taken care of... 10 stars!!!
